some good nuggets in here but I do wish it was written more FOR aces not about us. I think it’s evident that Chen’s background is investigative journalism and that is the lens through which they approached this book. I will read on with that context in mind. it doesn’t feel like an offering to me but perhaps a conversation I’m witnessing between allos and aces and the researchers who pathologize us…
