A static character in my book should definitely be Draco Malfoy. Throughout the second book of the series, Draco stays Harry's rival for the entirety of the book. He stays "evil" and does not change. A dynamic character in my book is probably Harry Potter, he learns new lessons and "improves" is life. He becomes a better person and finds new ways to defeat voldemort.

The main genre of my book is fantasy, and/or fiction. Harry Potter and his friends go on magical adventures in the world of wizards and witches. A minor subgenre is coming of age. Harry has to adapt to this new world and become a man at his school. Another subgenre is is love, the budding romance between Harry and his friend Ginny. One last subgenre that I found is adventure. Harry travels tnrough the magic world.

Archetypes: The hero in my book, Harry Potter fights for what's right and good in the world against Voldemort, the villain. His sidekicks are Hermione Granger, and Ron Weasley. Hermione is the sage and knowledge seeker (a.k.a. The smart one), where Ron is the dunce/idiot of their little group. Ron's twin brothers, Fred and George are the jesters. They mess around with authority and make chaos at school.
