Halfway thru and I like it: it gives a lot of background information about what lucid dreaming is, interspersed with dream-related quotes from various people in history or pop culture and finally it gives you some solid steps for preparing for the actual task of lucid dreaming: setting intention, keeping a journal, using reality tests, etc. Not too much fluff...I’m liking it.
