1st person perspective, a big oof for me.
But the awful writing on top of flipping between so many characters - all in first person as well - makes it even worse.
And why does the author think it's a good idea to have two male characters with a girl's name friends with a female character with a boy's name? This is just added confusion over the 1st person and character-flipping.
Oh, and cringe romance plots so far
