This book reads kind of like a television show; each chapter is like an engrossing episode and I have a really hard time putting it down. (Which explains why I've read 200 pages in the last two days.)

This book has been really great so far in part because the characters - while spread across Westeros (the fictional continent they live on) and war-torn - cross paths and story lines often without knowing it. The progression of the characters of Jon and Jaime is really engrossing - Jon, questioning his morality, and Jaime actually beginning to act like a human being - I couldn't put my book down last night!!! :)
