Becky’s personal testimony really hit home, and chapter seven was a perfect chapter to read on Easter. Again, she brings a unique perspective to familiar Ignatian spirituality; reading some of her testimony helped me reconsider my outlook on my prayer life since I’ve become a parent.

As a seasoned reader in Ignatian spirituality, this book has the unique ability to explain it to someone new and the depth to be interesting to someone experienced. I personally love reading about Ignatian spirituality from the perspective of a woman close to my age who is also a mom to the younger kids. I think Becky’s unique perspective as a lay person, wife, and mother is what makes this book so powerful.

This book has some poignant things that really hit home with what’s going on in the world today. Page 18 hit me hard!!
