Oftentimes, arguments for Christianity are rooted in apologetics or countering contrary beliefs. It takes a while to get used to, but it's a nice change of pace to see an argument for Christianity fueled by total unadulterated passion for the faith (I think a lot of that has to do with the older writing style, of which I'm a big fan). Hearing something so purely exemplified may not persuade anyone, but this way of communication might reveal God more powerfully.
