Quite good thriller about a police sergeant trying to save a Jewish child.
"Jacob stood in front of Rossett, arms folded across his chest and one foot on top of the other, taking up as little space in the world as he could."
...but everybody, every faction is out to chase them because the kid has a secret.
I liked Rossett and his awakening to a conscience.
Non stop action. Final scene open for next book(s).

So far I like it. The main character is a bit of a mystery because the author is saying he goes along with whatever they ask him to do but at the same time you can't stop wondering if he believes all the story about his wife... Is he really that scared now comparing it to his background in the war? And the kid is soooo cute hehe
