A whole chapter read in an Indian accent? Can't blame the author for that annoyance. The enjoyment of an audio book is half reliant on the person reading it. Patrick Tull and Grove Gardner are hard to beat.

Pulitzer prize aside, I preferred Bewilderment to this one, but writing is art and individual tastes vary :)

I've never read Powers. He can write, that's for sure. I'm not a big fan of episodic narratives in general. This is definitely that.
