💕Day 40💕

God reminded me today through Ashley’s devotional that HE IS ENOUGH! Jehovah Jireh means He will provide. Sometimes, it may seem like there isn’t enough to get us home or to our destination. But God’s provision tank never runs dry. We can trust him to equip us with the right tools and skills to complete a task. He will provide, trust Him! God is my giver

Day 38

Christ should be our rock. Our cornerstone. Our foundation. Sometimes, when he makes us wait, it’s because he is working on our inner self. He is maturing our foundations: our character, faith and identity in Him.

Often, God matures is before providing every single thing we ask for. He wants us to have the traits necessary for specific tasks. He is testing our faith, building it up to receive his blessings.

🩷Day 37🩷

Our prayers are powerful and effective, according to James 5:16. Our lack of preparation doesn’t stump God, who has all the solutions. He may be last minute, but he is ALWAYS on time. Perhaps this is to build up our faith, but God’s promises are sure.

When we pray, God hears us. When we ask for wisdom, he will provide answers. When we seek him, we’ll find him.

Our prayers are WORTH it!

Day 36: Our way isn’t God’s way. He has plans for us that we may not be able to see until we’re further down the road.

Right now, when it feels like nothing is happening, he may be opening doors, working to prepare future relationships. He’s paving the right paths and preparing something beautiful for me behind the scenes.

Trust him and remain faithful because what he has planned is behind my expectations.

Day 33: Today I learned that I should make every effort to add to my faith by building my character and Christian traits. I learned that to yield results, we must do the hard work and may have to suffer first. Suffering yields an amazing character, and we can receive God’s promises. To achieve our goals, we must do what we don’t want to. We should challenge ourselves to grow more, and be better because of it! <33

💖Day 24

Today I learned that if we ask God to search our hearts and reveal to us the bad in it, He will gladly do so. The Father longs to discipline us to like us into His image, and he gets rid of the bad to make room for the good, even in our waiting seasons. He loves us enough to discipline us, and will graciously point out any offensive way in us so we can be more like Jesus.

Day 23 <33

Today I learned that life should be ran with preparation. We only have one life here on earth, and it determines our prize in heaven, too. Don’t we want God to say, “well done, my good and faithful servant”? We should discipline ourselves along this journey, commit to growth and run this race of life with PURPOSE.

Even when it felt like no one was looking, HE was the one cheering you on the whole way.

Today I learned that to make us into something new, God has to get rid of the old first. Like when he talked about how the new wine is stored in new wineskins, and not the old ones. Sometimes, he strips away the old to prepare us for the new. Things we thought were forever were really just placed for a season. And when we let go of the old, our hands are open waiting for his new blessings and gifts <33
