i am reading this great biography by Chris Gardner called " The Pursuit Of Happyness". In the 1 chapter i read he talks about the candy his momma use t make when he was a child. Then he describes what she looks like in detail. Also he talks about the family members he lived with and what happen when his mother dies and his father re-married. They lived in rural Louisiana which was a place of racism.

At a young age Chris excelled in school.He loved to read books and was chosen to read a loud most of the time. Since he had no T.V Chris spen most of his time reading many books. He even would read some books with his mom at night. He had his future all set up already in his mind. Chris wanted to be a father to his son that he would have. He wanted to stay in his sons life and not leave .
