still underlining about 20% of it as amazing info. some is a bit tricky to integrate -- would love to have had this as a textbook in a class, where i could ask questions and clarify the reading. i sure hope this guy puts out a new edition.

Can be a slow read, but it's dense with very interesting facts. Frustratingly, many of the interesting numbers in Chapters 1 and 2 are without sources.
