i did the same and i didn’t wanna saw it too but i missed jacks too much and it was kinda worth it tho i think i wasn’t that interested at first but i think caraval series is good at it’s own thing and i think caraval jacks and ouabh jacks are literally two different characters it really makes you understand how jacks loved evangeline really so i think you can read if you want to 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
