My favorite quote was "the soldiers eyes were red with fury" because it explain how the soldier felt during the battle. Also because it explains how others felt too. Also my favorite part was when the kid was taking ammunition to the soldiers and a cannon shot and took out the ammunition because it was unexpected for that to happen.
