I’m only 4 chapters in the audio book but I have thoughts. The writing is VERY basic. The author switches from first person to third person regularly. Also, does she not know the word nostril? Nose hole sounds very ignorant 😅

It honestly hasn’t gotten any better. She keeps using the word “eon” to refer to how long ago things were but by the characters own admission it’s only been 180yrs since he started accepting brides from the humans every ten years. An eon is a billion years. It clearly has not been a billion years.
