I am reading this book in Dutch as a challenge: I always told my Dad (who is sadly no longer with us) I would read a book in Dutch one day and that means this year! I am enjoying the character study element of it - having short chapters means I can fully enjoy one person's perspective at a time. I will read it in English afterwards and see whether it is actually slow moving or if I'm just reading it slowly!
