Shame
On pg 14, “… so many of us have been scarred by it [shame] from events in our past. It could be from shameful events in childhood, as a teenager, or possibly from something that happened in college. So we purpose in our hearts to never experience that type of pain again, without realizing the unintended consequences it can bring into our lives.”
