I’m genuinely so confused. Many of the ratings are hounding The City of Last Chances for being slow or not the same as Tchaikovsky’s sci-fi… this is my most favorite read of this year so far. I’m loving every moment of it. And yeah, the first three chapters I had to pay attention to some new character names, so what!?
