I never DNF but I just might. This did not start well for me. The idea that Ben wants to find a man for Harper before he dies because he "wants someone to take care of" her and he wants to see her find happiness...GAG. Like she has no agency to make decisions for herself? Like she isn't going to be grieving? NOPE

I hate this trope! Glad I didn't try this despite the high ratings. Better to DNF than suffer through illogical plots!

It's sitting on my "I'll pass not worth reading" shelf. Seems insensitive to the numerous pancreatic cancer patients to treat a stage 4 diagnosis with such flippant disregard.
