Is this any good

It's a really good introduction to a lot of the battles it describes but it only has eight pages for each battle (background, opening, significant events, outcome). The only butt part is that it varies between how much it focuses on the historical impact of certain battles and the military theory development of certain battles, not always focusing enough on one or the other.
