wow who knew the world and its systems were so structured on 'debt' and there hasn't been an account of that since this book (this could be wrong). I did not think debt played any role in my life until this book which makes you realize it plays a very large role. I think the term wage slavery is a controversial term, but this book, and David Graeber talks make you think about that concept quite a bit.
