Aye I am. It's taken awhile to get into, as there's a lot of characters involved and I was wondering what the actual main plot was if there can be said to be a main plot at all. The narrative seems to be an entangled web of individual histories in the struggle of life and much hindered by chancery and society at large.

I prefer books with characters and little episodic moments over plot-driven books but the best books will have a good mix of both - I think BH fits that description well.
