PII finished. Most of what the author said is something that makes sense. There are parts though where it seems the author is deliberately cherry picking data to prove his point. There are no resources in the book which makes the claims he makes even more doubtful. The cause and effet chaînes he provided also seem incomplete to draw a conclusion from.
