Melissa K. Roehrich‘S story was so confusing. So many princes and princesses and a random queen but there are other countries and realms?? For a novella it wasn’t explained well.
2.5 rounded to 3 stars because honestly the relationship was cute. I just wish it was HEA not HFN.

Oh so May Sage’s story was more like a teaser? It’ll be expanded in 2025. Eh not bad, I might check it out. 3.5 stars.

Ah yes the entire prophecy of darkness falling on the world could have been avoided if the selfless and pure fmc here wasn’t selfishly trying to keep her position. “All I want to do is protect the realm!” Well then you should have just killed her and dealt with the consequences of her telling the Fates you fell in love. So…so stupid.

Skipping Harper L Woods story because I do plan on reading this series eventually and I don’t wanted to spoil anything, plus it sounds like you have to read the series to understand the novella.

Eva Chase’s story was pretty good and long. I imagined Signy’s story differently but I suppose the myths we learned in the series weren’t accurate.
Frost Kay’s story was pretty good for a second chance romance. I want to read something else by her in the future.

Debbie Cassidy’s story interesting but might have been too much for a novella. There is a lot of world building there.

BC King’s short story is cute, was hoping for a touch more and was surprised there was no sex or even build up to the relationship just a flashback confession and then conclusion from the husband’s pov of the other two being in love. I was thrown for a loop.
3.5 stars.

Story three is set in a world that is hit or miss with me: Immortal Vices & Virtues.
I honestly have so many questions and wasn't super into it. 3 stars.

Story 2 is pretty interesting, I wish the book was out already or coming soon, but a year from now and no book on Goodreads I’ll probably forget about it. :/

AJ Lancaster - I wasn't a big fan of Lord of Stariel, so I have been hesitant to read anything else by them. "How to Marry a Winged King"... I swear I've read it before or something incredibly similar. Most the time I kept trying to remember if I had read this story before lol.
Trying to pretend I haven't read it before... I'll give it 3.5 stars.
Still not sure if I'll read more by this author in the future.
