Finished the first section of the book. It offers some basic info and if anything has sample itineraries for those visiting the country which is nice. Looking forward to the next part since its about daily life.

Got to the section about prime living locations and it's interesting reading about the different regions...though it does make me envious of people with cheaper rent. Sigh.

This is mostly information that I was already aware of, but the resources and tips are by far the best parts of this book. With my placement in mind, I'm excited for the section talking about Tokyo (even if my ward isn't mentioned).
