i read a chapter and don't rlly like it bc it's still a lot of thinking and unnecessary ideas and words even tho he's like "no thought". he makes thinking seem like a bad thing to avoid which doesn't feel too good. it's just more noise. guess it makes sense if his thing isn't a writer/teacher. he's just someone tryna share what he learned.
