Billy didnt do it, that LT was going to far, i think maybe he has something to do with it. First of all, when they do interrogations, they dont go that far. They pay attention to the story, see if things add up, read their body language, they dont manipulate a story out of them. Plus they take breaks, this one was way drawn out. But who knows 🤷♀️🤔
