Percy cut the ropes that were tying clarrise up. Percy is definitely not the first person clarrise would want to see. Another word is echoed. This word is usally used to convey a sense of fear. Like a scream echoing through a cave, like is what is happening in my book. A echo is the sound waves bouncing off a wall in a delayed sequence. When you are all alone, it has a creepy feel to it.

In The sea of monster the work dutifully is used to describe caracter. It described the sheets willingness to be herded into a cave.
