X-ray! You're pursuing a job, You're on your way towards a goal, You've got a dream, You've gotten this far. Have you stopped once more and x-rayed your deepest motives. High morals and ethical integrity are there, but if you did an x-ray, they might not in totality like what they see. Ask yourself first, "What's accomplished? What's the path? Happiness? Fulfilled on a deeper level? That's what you call an x-ray.

Work: There is no substitute for work. The people at the top of the ladder work harder than anyone else. Why? Because they have gotten into the habit of working hard. Simple. There is no substitute for it. Success is spelled w-o-r-k. Win, wish, and win. Working hard is when you ill get the benefits of life. Working on your mental health is when all wealth in your body will become abundant. The work in prayer as well!

Visualize! The me I'll see is the me I'll be. Visualize your success. You are somebody! No matter who you are or where you came from you are a person of a survivor. You will find times of great suffering in the history of your people. Success doesn't come through the ways you think it comes, it comes through the way you think! Think positively! Visualize the dream before you., Don't ever loose the vision. Set goals!

Unlock: Unlock some human values that you've never experienced before- faith, hope, and love. Let these values be the driving force propelling you towards true success. What is success? It is being in the position to help others who are hurting. Undo, Unify, and Universe. I think it's very key to everyday try to unlock questions that you haven't asked yourself and unlock new gifts and perspectives into your life.

Trade-off. When you have begin to reorganize, share, then the trade-off happens. That means that you will then began to have to decide what you will give up in order to keep what you've got. At this time in my life, I want do the work in looking closer to when I may have to trade-off the power for peace, dollars for joy, and glory for the greater joy of seeing other people grow. Togetherness, taught and your tuition!

God ca do tremendous things through the person who doesn't care who gets the credit and is willing to share the credit, share the power, and share the glory. Along with that is sharing the experience and opportunity. Also comes along with being a gracious person, and giving thanks to any and everyone who has served you in one part of the way to another. Also share feelings and gratitude as showing appreciation.

R is for reorganize. Today and yesterday I have been in the mood to do so. t's always a period of time when I say let's clear the plate. Get back on track. You have not succeeded as a person if you do not reorganize your life. I am going to start writing down questions for myself and see how it changes within me asking who am I, where I came from, how, where I wanna go, how? Life changes, you change, reorganize.
