Unfortunately this book reads like it's been written by a fanatic serving a machine.
The point about free market trending to solving many issues is sound, but nuance is lost and the writing is quite a lengthy array of examples of varying quality about how minimum wage, labor unions, strikes, etc. are all bad things.
The example about Finland growing sugar is poor; sugar is an important war time item.

The book is very clear and well intentioned in explaining the basics of economics. However I am at a spot where it demonstrates the failures of price controls via health care examples which I find drive a false straw man through. While Finland's education and health care could be massively better they are certainly not terrible despite the fact that the health care and education professionals get paid no matter what.
