Anyway, here's that screen shot of the traffic/accident map of the beltway my friend sent me last night that I tried to link to earlier. Again, this was during a dusting of 1 inch of snow... imagine the 24 inches that are coming! Terrordome...
Why does no one know how to drive in the snow around here? It's not like it snows that infrequently. As soon as the white stuff starts falling, though, people get even more batshit crazy than usual behind the wheel.
Lol this brings to mind that time a few years ago when Georgia was the laughing stock of the nation because we got a small dusting of snow while the rest of the country was up to their necks in it and pretty much all of the Atlanta metro area was shut down for a few days because we forgot to rent the de-icers from Alabama or something of a similar nature. it was insane.
