ok first off, MARGARET ATWOOD IS A LITERARY GENIUS. her writing is just so like perfect. it’s digestible but also like layered and sophisticated im obsessed. ok and so far i’m liking the character, she’s real and very evidently has a lot of layers. shes a fan of grotesque things, but also an artist. i can’t wait to hear more about Cordelia bc i am a SUCKER for their like love/hate obsession
