I had rock bottom expectations for this, but somehow, it's still worse than that. The FMC's logic is non-existent. Any stakes are immediately undermined within 5 minutes bc she thinks with her vagina (her words, not mine). Her exile to Cambodia was pointless for character development bc she's still a vapid and entitled ass. Nothing in this book means anything - just thin premises for sexy "tension?" I guess?!
