I think authors shove the alpha hero off to the side because, face it, if he was around he'd be cracking heads and killing everybody who touches his woman. :D

At this point I am really feeling for Kitty. It's a good thing that she is a strong woman cause not many women could handle what has been thrown at her, and we know is isn't over yet!
I knew I should have grabbed this one right after L&W, other reading plans be damned. :D
I had to start Raging Hearts right away because L&W was in my blood. It's been a long time since I felt this way about any book, and I can see I will start #3 right after this one.
If I hadn't been such a hardass about sticking to my plans, I'd be right alongside you and Jeanine in barging through the series. :)
