While I wasn’t ready to say goodbye to my girl Maud, this book did an amazing job wrapping everything up satisfactorily. All mysteries are resolved in epic, outlandish ways.
My favorite bits: undead pirate captain going down with the ship and sheepishly continuing to hang out underwater; Maud struggling with her impending mortality; the SPOOK VIBES of the Whisperer’s phylactery planet. A series to eyeball! 👀
