I am currently reading Harry Potter and there are Christian allegory's in the series. At the end of the series, when Harry is visiting his parents graves, he sees bible verses written upon their tombstones. This is an allegory of life after death, and/or resurrection. Harry becomes the Master of Death and is capable of bringing the spirits of his parents, grandparents, and Snape back to life.

I am 50% done with this book so far. In the course of the novel that I'm reading several events have taken place. Harry Potter, a boy who's grown up in a muggle, abusive home, recieves an awakening when he gets letters from Hogwarts, and Hagrid takes him away. He soon learns he's the infamous Harry Potter. While at Hogwarts so far, Harry has met his best friends, Ron and Hermoine, and joined the quidditch team.
