Ocasso is solikable its a bit silly. He's perhaps a bit past a morally grey character, definitely not evil but his power is literally derived from the darkness of the world so he's no Saint. He's an ex hitman for the mob and would fit right in the d'angelo family 😭. Right now he's gone to a small south American country and has qll the people worshipping him as a King while being a drug kingpin. Legend.
