The training remind me of a series called The Sorcerers Ring by Morgan Rice. The plot is oozing in the castle, hope it picks back up!

lol the princess diaries and Hunger Games arena (I understand Hunger Games did not create the arena idea) area was slow, sad because I enjoyed the first half. I feel like one the only reviewer who enjoys this book.Mara's refusal to bow was insane! WTF!
