Genre: My book is a fiction and fantasy novel. One of the main characters, Alex lives in a fantasy world called The Land of Stories. I know this book is fantasy because of the imaginary things that occur in this world. According to the text, "Alex stepped out of bed, picked up her crystal wand from her nightstand, and waved it around her body. Her plain nightgown turned into a long, sparkling dress... (pg.30)."
