His stream of consciousness style is a challenge, but I like that, whether you see/hear him speak, or read his writing, it's a roller coaster upon which you must relinquish control. If you let him take you on a ride, it's much more fun, and the meaning penetrates (hoho) effectively. Resist and you'll have to reread whole sections. Onward and upward!
