I was going to say, "Je déteste les Americains", mais some of those bêtes were Creole >:<

I really liked "Jean-ah Poquelin"... I really like GWC's attention to dialects and accents... that, sometimes, uncomfortable meeting of the Creole and American worlds. This story is also highly atmospheric... maybe a bit more than his other stories. I want old Louisiana to come alive, and Cable delivers.
