So far this has been an amazing ride-like the front seat of the rollercoaster without a seatbelt! The action only abates long enough to catch your breath, then it's over the hump, whipping around the bend, making you breathless again. Dan's still a mystery but Vadim's layers are being revealed one-by-one in a way that makes him simultaneously ferocious and vulnerable. Great read!
