The thought of no Goodreads makes me hyperventilate. :( I know I couldn't hack it in colonial times. Everything done with manual labor combined with horses and oxen. Working in fields from sunrise to sunset, laundry with washboards or rocks, outdoor privies in a Massachusetts winter. NO THANKS.
