Trying to process my fear/the unknown after dying and all I’ve ever known. The whole state of nonbeing and where we’ll be when we die.

Sounds like a lot of this book will be based on philosophy from 100s of years ago and the Stoics - which the language can be confusing at times.

Not sure what to expect (if anything) but interested to give it a go!
