Reading this book for an upcoming trip to Italy focusing on medieval art and spirituality. It's always good to study another time period and add to my own perspective. This book has the extra bonus of focusing on the influence of women in that time period. I'm super biased toward books by and about women. Hearing how others handle the challenges of their lives helps me handle the challenges of my life.
