Speaking of Denmark - I’m reading Enter Ghost atm and they perform Hamlet and our narrator’s half Dutch so everyone is like wow must be great to relate to your culture & then later her sister’s like I’m so pleased you’re finally playing an Arab and she’s like? It’s Shakespeare? They’re danish? And she’s like yeah but in this production it’s Arab
So Denmark is the first exporter of itself
No idea if that makes any sense without a bigger synopsis of the book but oh well
