I just love this author and how she writes! She is very descriptive but not overly so, if you know what I mean. She peppers the novel with very interesting words that give me cause to use my dictionary - not necessary, just my personal choice as it adds to the story for me. I am so enjoying this depiction of Marie Antoinette!
