I really like this book so far!! The basis of this book is essentially about our two systems of thinking: system 1 (fast and automatic thinking) and system 2 (slow and controlled thinking). He gets into how these two systems display themselves and real world examples and applications. It’s made me more aware of my thoughts and actions on a daily basis which I really appreciate!
