This book is a sequel of what happens directly after the last book I read. In this version, the main character, Maude, is now a household name, and you'd think she has everything, but you'd be wrong. Even now, she has the same amount of struggles as she did when she was a slave in her own home. She has to deal with a nosy reporter trying to make her look bad, an unaccepting family, betrayal, and, of course, love.
