In Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard, Magnus has recently died. He has been sent to his afterlife in a glamorous hotel for warriors. I think that Magnus will escape his eternity in the hotel, and return to his life. I predict Magnus will have to find his sword, reunite with Annabeth, and fight the evil god.

last update: Magnus and his friends are in the dwarf dimension, meeting, Hearthsone's dad. Rick Riordan d chided to write this novel with only one point of view. In some of his other novels, he would switch through POVs. I like it when their are multiple POVs because then you can see everyone's thoughts.

Magnus, Blitzen, and Hearthstone have made it out of Midgard, but are now trapped in Sessrumnir. I would add more women and POC characters to the the novel.

Magnus has met the god Mirmir and is on a quest to find the Sword of Summer and delay Ragnanok. He and Sammirah al-Abbas are on a ship trying to get the attention of the goddess of the sea. One thing I would change in the novel is incorporating more of Rick Riordan's characters from other novels.

In the novel, Magnus has escaped Vahalla. He and his friends are trying to find the Sword of Summer. The setting in the novel switches between Boston and Hotel Vahalla. Hotel Vahalla is a vital part of the story, but Boston could be switched out for any big city and still be the same.
